Refund policy
• Only for damage and defective product, we have a 2 Day Return policy, which means you have 2 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return.
• Mail and WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery (care@radhavi.co.in) (9326638435) along with your order id & reason of return.
• Unboxing video is mandatory.
• The return once initiated it takes 7-15 working days to get it delivered at our warehouse.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit within 7–15 business days.
• Items must be unused and have all tags attached.
• The packaging must include the original invoice, packaging materials, and tags.
• The product should be free of scratches or deformities.
• If you receive an incorrect product or an empty box, please send us a video within 24 hours of delivery. Start recording from when you tear open the sealed tamper-proof bag until the package is fully opened. This will help us solve the issue quickly.
• In Return of the product, you must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box. If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details, we will be not able to cater any further request.
• Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
• Any single jewellery in a combo box cannot be replaced or returned.
• Products purchased in the period of a special promotional offer, contests, clearance or any special scheme, cannot be returned or replaced.
• If a reverse pick-up service is unavailable for a particular address or pin code, the customer must use a local courier service for the return. In such instances, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
• The return retrieval will be scheduled for the initial delivery address.
• Return is allowed only once.
Missing Product
We follow a 3-layer checking process to avoid any damage or misses from our end. Return can take place if the customer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports the same within 24 hours of receiving their order, provided that you must have proof of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. You have to send us on WhatsApp 8779679159 and email us on care@radhavi.co.in Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return request.
In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.
Your fund will be processed of the damaged item(s) within 10 days after the product is received by us.
• Kindly ensure the video is clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the jewellery is highlighted in zoom.
• You must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box. If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details, we will be not able to cater any further request.
• We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
Cancellation Policy:
• Considering operational challenges, we do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
Shipping Costs
• Return shipping cost paid by buyer, cost is different for different location
• Return shipping cost charged again if buyer have not given package of product to courier person on return date
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
