We at Radhavi value our customers time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies 

We at Radhavi, we strive to deliver your jewellery quickly, safely, and affordably. You will receive an order confirmation email and confirmed orders will be dispatched within 

3-7 working days.

 Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders - ₹50 standard shipping under ₹999

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): - COD charges: It will be applicable after order.

• COD is not available in some states.

• After you place a COD order, we will try to confirm it by calling you up to 2 times. If you don’t answer or confirm your order, it will be cancelled automatically.

• If your COD orders are repeatedly unconfirmed, we will not accept COD orders from you in the future.

We highly recommend placing a prepaid order for a smoother experience and priority shipping.

Prepaid orders are processed faster and come with free and extra shipping benefits! 

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are correct.

• In case of an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

Returns & RTO

• If the parcel is returned due to missed delivery/incorrect address, reshipping charges will be applicable.

• For return or exchange requests, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Order Processing

 • All the orders placed by 2.00 PM, Monday through Saturday, will be processed the same day. Orders received after that time or on Sunday or on holidays will be processed the next business working day. 

• Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after ordered placed. 

Delivery location within India

• Radhavi ships products to most major cities in India through reputed couriers. We also ship to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns. 

• We are continuously trying to expand our presence and shorten our delivery lead times. We will keep the customers informed of our developments. 

 Delivery Timeline

• Products are shipped from our nearest warehouse location in 3-5 business days after placing the order, depending on product availability. 

• It may take another 2-7 business days for it to be delivered to the customers excluding the date of dispatch. 

• Thus, the total time for an order to reach the customer is 3-10 business days within India excluding the day when the order was placed.

• Items on which couriers place restrictions may take additional time to deliver or may have to be cancelled.

 

Track your order

• Once shipped, you'll receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and link to track your order in real time.

 Delivery attempts

• If you miss a delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Delays or Issues

• If your package is delayed or lost, contact us within 24hours of the expected delivery date, and we’ll resolve it ASAP.
